Marloth Park offers unique opportunities for close encounters and interactions with Africa's wild animals.

„We are privileged to have the Kruger National Park as our near neighbour and our very own nature reserve , Lionspruit – where we can experience the true wonders of  the bushveld without having to travel very far. This allows many opportunities to interact with nature and permits us to have up-close and personal contact with animals in their natural environment.  A rare and special experience!”

(Our wild wide web, Bos news, Februar 2012)

Only experienced visitors should have at their own risk such close contact with giraffes, warthogs and zebras, as shown in these pics. All animals are wild and roam freely in Marloth Park. A few years ago, Marloth Park was part of the Kruger Park and inhabitants had sometimes elephants or lions in their gardens. Only after the building of the electric fence, the dangerous animals such as lions, rhinos, elephants, buffaloes, crocodiles were moved into the Kruger National Park.
